Prospective students are to apply online to their universities of choice after finding out information about their course of choice and tuition fees.

The following documents are required by email to

  • Filled application form
  • International Passport or ID with a minimum validity of 2 years.
  • Educational certificates starting from Secondary school certificates with details of subjects offered and grades

Prospective students shall be notified of their admission status and will be issued an admission confirmation letter.

Getting an Invitation letter

The following are required to get an invitation letter:

  • Filled application form
  • Scanned copy of International Passport with a minimum of 2 years validity period
  • Scanned copy of school certificates
  • Receipt of US$400 (cost of invitation letter) paid to Russian Education Centre either through Western Union or Money Gram.
  • Receipt of US$100 (cost of courier) paid to Russian Education Centre either through Western Union or Money Gram.
  • An invitation letter issued within 35-40 days
