RANKING

The University of East Anglia (UAE) has obtained so any awards for outstanding and recognizable activities especially in research works, among which includes being named the 10th best university in the world under 50 years and third best in United kingdomin 2012. In April 2013, it got recognized as the best for student experiences by Ties Higher Education Magazine.

For consistency in excellency, the institution got awarded as the 10th in the UK and 21st overall among British mainstream institutions in December 2014 by the Research Excellence Framework (REF). Also, the university was ranked with the top 100 in research excellence by Leiden ranking in 2016.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

The prestigious University of East Anglia offers over 200 courses in undergraduate and postgraduates studies under 4 faculties and 26 schools of study for both foreign students and citizens under part time or full time studies. The disciplines are categorized under faculties including arts and humanities, medicine and health sciences, sciences and social sciences.

For undergraduate and postgraduate students willing to apply to The University of East Anglia (UAE), the top most requirements include;

UNDERGRADUATES

There are over 200 part time and full time based undergraduate courses in the university, to apply for any of the disciplines, applicantsmust qualify for the course desire to study and then log on to the Universities and Colleges Admission Services (UCAS) website- www.ucas.ac.uk, where all applications are done.

Courses offered have the minimum duration of 1.5 years to 4 years depending on the nature of the course.Entries begin every month of September of the year. All Undergraduate courses in the university cost £9,250 except NHS funded courses, though the charge might be affected by the UK government.

POSTGRADUATE

The school of postgraduate studies have similar faculties just like the undergraduate school, that is, faculties of arts and humanities, social sciences, medicines, health sciences and sciences.

To apply for postgraduate studies, applicants must have a Britishhonors degree or equivalent. Applicants must also have good command of English. For UAE undergraduates who will like to further in their postgraduate study in the same school, a 10% fee reduction is given to such candidate.

Further to this, scholarship of a 20% fee reduction is available to recent graduates from international partner universities or those recommended by international agent partners of the University. Other scholarships from different organizations are also available for UAE final year candidates who are first degree students.

Postgraduate course fees range from £5,000 – £19,000, with a standard fee of £7,150 but fee for part-time courses is halved in most cases.
